Senior Manager of Organizational Development
The position is with a large consumer products company in Chicago. This person will partner with HR and other OD team members to design, develop and execute the company’s core people processes including performance mangement, organization health survey and action planning process, 360 feedback and development planning. Also he/she will be responsible for gathering various information in order to identify trends and data specific insights for key leaders. This person will also coach executives and executive teams on how to improve their effectiveness. 7+ years in HR and/or OD, advanced degree. 95-110k plus a 25% bonus.

This person will work with 3 of Chicago’s most prestigious educational institutions. Under general direction of the head of compensation, this person will build and maintain partnerships with internal clients and HR staff in the design, development and administration of compensation programs that support their strategic position in the labor market. This position will be responsible for the following:

-Recommend new and innovative compensation programs.
-Participate in and conducts compensation surveys.
-Apply market data and internal scope factors in job evaluation.
-Provide consultation on compensation reviews for individuals and assist in the process of defining jobs, job families, and organization structure.

Compensation and HRIS Manger
This position will report to the VP of HR and is with a technology company located just north of Chicago limits. This person will develop new incentive programs, make recommendations for new sales and executive compensation programs. Also, oversee and guide the development of salary administration, annual salary reviews, participate in the administration of the performance review system and provide guidance to managers on appropriate salary levels. Salary 95-100k plus a bonus.

Director of Compensation & Benefits
This is a position, within a pharmaceutical firm in the Chicago suburban area, is fairly broad in that this person will oversee not only compensation and benefits but also have staffing, diversity, compliance and work/life balance reporting into it. This person needs to have a strong background in compensation including executive compensation . Some experience in general human resources is also helpful. One main initiative for this position is to revamp the comp and benefit programs to better fit this company’s employee population. The company is a joint venture with about 4500 employees and at the present it is utilizing the programs belonging to one of the parent companies. This position has 4 direct reports and a total group of 14. Compensation package includes a base in the mid one hundreds, a 25-30% bonus and stock options.
