Shur Business Connections, Inc. was formed twelve years ago with the goal of providing the highest possible value in HR search and placement services to both employers and candidates.

Our two principals both have master’s degrees, a prior history in clinical social work practice, and over twenty combined years in the search business. Our successful formula emphasizes:

• Long-term relationships with hiring clients and job seekers, respecting each person’s time and confidential information.
• Getting to know employer staff and candidates personally, enabling us to match candidates to the needs of the position and culture.
• Flexibility in how we structure search activities and fees to meet clients’ needs.

We seek out and maintain profiles of outstanding HR talent even when we are not working on a related search. Often, this allows us to present ideal candidates that other search firms and web-based job boards cannot.

We personally screen, source, interview, and evaluate all the candidates that we present.
